A few nights ago, Dan broke out the Fox's Jam' N Cream cookies that he brought from England.
I've been battling a terrible bronchial infection, so admittedly my taste buds are off, but when Dan asked me what I thought of them, I replied honestly. I told him that if they were readily available in American stores, I probably wouldn't ever buy them. Apparently, this was the wrong answer, as he loves them.
I just thought that there are better cookies on the market. They were okay, dry and crunchy with a thick jam filling. I felt like they were akin to something Pepperidge Farms would sell. Not awful, but there are other desserts that I would rather use my treat calories towards. I'd rather eat Hobnobs!
