Today, I sampled two very different chocolate treats. First up is Nestle's Milky.
When Dan brought this home from England, I was very excited to try it, because I love another candy with the same name...
I LOVE the Milky candy from Japan. Once, I ate three whole bags in one sitting and got sick from it. Totally worth it. The UK Milky is completely different. It doesn't really taste of milk (like the Japanese chewy candy) it's more of a white chocolate candy bar. It was good, but not something that I would pick over other candy bars. Side note- Milky is not available in the US, but the American headquarters are in my hometown- Glendale, CA! My neighbor used to work for Nestle and we got all kinds of free chocolate, a lot not available in stores. Very cool.
Here is in inside of Milky.
On the other side of the chocolate spectrum, I also sampled Cadbury's Buttons. Buttons has the cutest packaging.
individually packaged, still so cute!
I love all of the animals, especially the owl.
Great things come in small packages. Chocolate just seems to taste better in small pieces! Dan took this great shot of contents of a package of buttons.
yummmmmmm....
